Fair-Use & Terms

  • Unlimited Calling Fair-Use Policy: Industry standard is usually 1,500 to 2,000 minutes per user per month to protect against abuse. Accounts exceeding this volume may be reviewed and converted to metered billing.
  • Campaign Registry Fee: A $14/month compliance fee applies to all accounts sending SMS (10DLC) — required by U.S. carriers.
  • Pack Allowances: Unused SMS, email, and AI minutes do not roll over. Overage is billed at the pay-as-you-go rate.
  • Cancellation: Cancel anytime. No long-term contracts. Refunds are pro-rated where applicable.
